Mango Salsa
Mangoes and tomatoes are a colorful, flavorful, and juicy addition to salsa. Mango salsa is perfect for grilled dishes, seafood and vegetable side dish

Ingredients

  • Ripe mango 2 cup (peeled and diced)
  • Red onions 1/2 medium size (finely chopped)
  • Green chili 1 (chopped)
  • Small cucumber 1/2 cup (diced)
  • Tomato 1/2 cup (cubed)
  • Fresh coriander leaves 3 tbsp (chopped)
  • Fresh lime juice 3 tbsp
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Little sugar powder

  • Cooking Directions

    1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
    2. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    3. If the salsa ends up being a little too hot for your taste, you can temper it by adding some more mangoes and little sugar powder.
    4. Serve with potato or tortilla chips.
