Mangoes and tomatoes are a colorful, flavorful, and juicy addition to salsa. Mango salsa is perfect for grilled dishes, seafood and vegetable side dish
Ingredients
- Ripe mango 2 cup (peeled and diced)
- Red onions 1/2 medium size (finely chopped)
- Green chili 1 (chopped)
- Small cucumber 1/2 cup (diced)
- Tomato 1/2 cup (cubed)
- Fresh coriander leaves 3 tbsp (chopped)
- Fresh lime juice 3 tbsp
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Little sugar powder
Cooking Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- If the salsa ends up being a little too hot for your taste, you can temper it by adding some more mangoes and little sugar powder.
- Serve with potato or tortilla chips.
