Chinese Chicken Fried Rice

 Chinese Chicken Fried Rice Scrumptious Chinese Chicken Fried Rice recipe is great for lunch or dinner. This one dish would be enough for enjoying your meal with family.

Ingredients

  • Chicken ½ kg (cooked cubes)
  • Oil ½ tbsp
  • Onion 1 (chopped)
  • Soy sauce 6 tbsp
  • Carrot 2 (large, diced)
  • Coriander leaves ½ cup (chopped)
  • Red bell pepper 1 (large, diced)
  • Fresh pea ¾ cup
  • Green bell pepper ½ (large, diced)
  • White rice 3 Cup (boiled)
  • Eggs 2

  • Cooking Directions

    1. In a pan heat oil. Add onion and saute until soft.
    2. Then add chicken and 2 tbsp soy sauce and stir fry for 5 to 6 minutes.
    3. Stir in carrots, coriander leaves, red bell pepper, peas and green bell pepper and stir fry another 5 minutes.
    4. Then add rice and stir thoroughly.
    5. Finally, stir in scrambled eggs and leftover soy sauce, heat through and serve hot.
