Kachay Qeemay Kay Parathay


Crispy spicy mince parathas is super duper hit breakfast or brunch of everybody. You can prepare this paratha with left over mince also and can serve with curd.


Ingredients

  • Beef mince ½ kg
  • Yogurt 250 grams
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli crushed 1 tbsp
  • Onion 1
  • Green chili 3-4
  • Green coriander ½ bunch
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Oil 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Dough for paratha:
  • White flour ½ kg
  • Clarified butter for fry
  • Salt as required

  • Cooking Directions

    1. For filling:
    2. Pour oil in pan.
    3. Add onion and fry it till it become golden brown.
    4. Then put mince and ginger garlic paste and cook it well.
    5. Now take yogurt and add garam masala, cumin powder, red chili and salt to mix and pour it in pan.
    6. When yogurt cook and oil comes on surface add coriander and green chili and leave it to cool.
    7. For parathay Dough:
    8. Take a mixing bowl, put white flour, salt and water to knead it.
    9. Now make balls from dough and roll it in shapes of circle.
    10. Then place filling in the centre and cover it with other dough brush egg on every edge.
    11. Take clarified butter and fry them from both side.
