Chinese Style Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- Chicken wings ½ kg (with skin)
- Chicken cube 1
- Egg white 2-3
- Black pepper crushed 1tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
- Soya sauce 2tbsp
- Brown sugar 2tbsp
- Corn flour 2-3tbsp
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
Cooking Directions
- In a mixing bowl mix ginger garlic paste, soya sauce, brown sugar, corn flour, black pepper crushed, egg white, chicken cube and salt to taste. Marinate chicken wings in the mixture.
- Heat oil on medium flame to deep fry the chicken wings.
- When wings are tender dish out and serve.
